REVIVING ORIGINS is our long-term programme in which we partner with farmers to help restore coffee regions. In Democratic Republic of the Congo, the fertile volcanic soils along Lake Kivu have ideal Arabica terroir, yet years of conflict threatened the future of coffee production. NESPRESSO and partners work to promote better livelihoods for local farmers and protect the region's wildlife.

Origin
This 100% Arabica coffee is sourced in the rich Lake Kivu shores in eastern Congo.
Roasting
We roast this coffee in 2 batches. Although it is overall a medium roast profile, a small portion of these coffees get a darker roast to bring out the intensity and body.
