Origin
This coffee is created with Latin American coffees, mainly from Peru and Costa Rica. We add intensity to the blend by using a touch of high-grade Robusta.
Roasting
This coffee uses the split roast technique to create intensity and complexity. The first split is composed exclusively of Arabicas and is lighter, while the second one is a mix of arabicas and robustas and is roasted darker to develop body and roastiness. It is slightly darker than its Vertuo counterpart.
Aromatic Profile
An intense coffee with a toasted cereal flavour reminiscent of bread crust. A secondary woody note adds depth, while a hint of nutty notes and brown spices provide personality to the blend.
