Origin
This blend combines Latin American and African Arabicas for a balanced and rounded taste. Brazilian coffee adds richness, Ethiopian coffee brings delicate aromatics, and a touch of spicy ginger adds warmth to the flavour profile.
Roasting
Latin American beans are roasted medium dark and quickly to develop sweetness. The other coffees are roasted a bit longer to develop a velvety texture. We add the flavour in after roasting.
