1. Applicability of General Conditions of Sale

1.1 Each order placed shall be governed by the present General Conditions of Sale and subject to particular conditions applicable to orders placed via the Internet or in a NESPRESSO Boutique.

1.2 NESPRESSO reserves the right to modify the present General Conditions of Sale at any time by publishing a new version.

2.3 NESPRESSO offers its products within the limits of its available stocks.

2.4 NESPRESSO reserves the right to refuse orders, notably in case of unpaid invoices or insolvency.

2.5 NESPRESSO promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount

2.6 Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Relationship Centre on 800 6377 during working hours (8am - 6pm) and within 30 minutes of placing your order.

3. Prices and Invoicing

3.1 The prices invoiced for the goods you order are those in effect on the date you place your order.

4. Payment method

4.1 Credit / Debit Card*: Payment is due in full before ordered goods are dispatched

*Canada, Cuba, Iran, Korea, Russia, Syria, America international cards are currently unavailable for use on the website and app for purchases.

5. Machine Guarantee and After-Sales Service

5.1 The Nespresso machines are guaranteed pursuant to the specific terms and conditions listed in the original product documentation and such guarantee is without prejudice to any of your statutory consumer rights. 6. Data Protection

6.1 NESPRESSO does not sell your personal data to third parties and treats it in strict accordance with applicable law and its privacy policy. The NESPRESSO privacy policy is published on the site www.buynespresso.com.

6.2 As per applicable law, you have the right to access and rectify personal data concerning you by writing to NESPRESSO using CONTACT US that is available on the website.

7. Applicable Law and Forum

7.1 The present General Conditions of Sales are governed by the UAE law.

7.2 The courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

8. Offers & Promotions

8.1 Sharjah Islamic Bank Promotion

This promotion is valid until 31st August 2025. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer, or discount. Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after the expiry date mentioned on the voucher. Any unused balance will not be returned or credited. Nespresso Vertuo Coffee, Professional Coffee, Machines, Accessories, and Bites are excluded and are not part of this offer. Nestlé will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to cancel, terminate, extend or suspend the Activation or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the closing date.
