  • 100 ml of cold milk
  • Brown sugar
  • Grilled almonds
  • Lemon zest
  • Blowtorch

  • Pour 100ml of milk into your Nespresso barista device, close the lid, select the "Cappuccino" recipe and press "Start"
  • Extract 25ml of Novecento into an cappuccino view glass
  • Using a spoon, place the hot milk foam on the coffee
  • Place 3ml of brown sugar on top and use a kitchen blowtorch to caramelise
  • Place grilled almonds over the foam
  • Garnish with lemon zest
